GuestGoUSC, it wasn’t obvious to me until I read the previous threads.
The sellers seems to be taking baby steps rather than do what is necessary to sell.
At this point, a contingent offer is probably the best he can hope for.

was stuck in Oklahoma until December anyways and been commuting back occasionally anyways.there were certain macro business advantages to keeping the place anyways,
