    Information works both ways and I say be as informed as you can be about what you buy. Know what’s for sale, what sold and for what it sold and know which places have NODs and NTSs.

    I have never gotten contacted by Bridget. I contacted her a couple of times about problems w/the site a while back. She referred me to tech support. I contact tech support directly now.

    I have not gotten any spam from SDL, houserebate or Redfin. What they do w/my info is another thing. Good luck, is all I can say.

    Maybe when they gather all my info they’ll figure out I won’t buy until it makes sense and they’re giving up on me 😉

    I guess because I am about to buy, then it becomes relevant and I can feel more.

    Hopefully by the time when you are ready to buy, you have narrowed down to 1 or 2 zipcodes at most.

    I already narrowed down my interest to a neighborhood, a few streets, so I am more guarded with information.

    Yes it is there. You click on market overview, and then click on Today’s transaction or something and its there.
