Speaking of Scripps Ranch, has anyone viewed the following property ? I thought it’s pretty well-priced, but it’s still on the market.

March 25, 2009 at 5:04 PM #372953SD RealtorParticipantThis home has been on the market forever and is a PERFECT EXAMPLE of chasing the market down. It has been listed for 4 different expiration cycles. The problem is that it is way down on Wills Creek right near the school. If you have ever been down to the school during the drop off hours in the morning and the pick up in the afternoon it is not trivial traffic. Still the home should have been priced better from the onset and these people have ridden the roller coaster to oblivion. I have been inside as I was comparing it to a Wills Creek listing I had last year. It is okay on the inside. I am not a huge fan of the paint tones but what the seller never seemed to fathom is that the lot is pretty small and he needed to price alot more competitively. So yeah on a ppsf this will set new lows but there are issues with living here.
