Ok, here goes. This will probably just prove that I am looking at some seriously crappy properties or that I am not nearly as obsessive as I think I am.
1. 2008 Madison, 92116 (on the MLS now, but never saw it before the sale earlier this summer)
2. 4082 Vermont, 92103
3. 3370 Dale, 92104
4. 2511 Adams, 92116
5. 3405 Florida, 205, 92104 (to be fair this one was on MlS for a long time. then, it came off, went to REDC and then nothing for months and months and then sold. I placed repeated calls to REDC and they claimed to have no info and seemed to indicate that it had not been sold at auction).
Good point. Would you know how one would find out more about bulk REO sales? I was (or I believe) tracking auctions and FSBOs. FSBOs tend to show up in Redfin and REDC seems like the main auction group in town, correct? FHA auctions seem to be pretty limited. Are there others that one should be looking at? Thanks in advance.
