Here’s the HUD website: http://www.homesales.gov/homesales/mainAction.do
I’ll try to put a list of the properties together this afternoon.

So how many of these HUD FHA auctions are done by electronic bidding? This was the first I’d noticed it in the listing details section of a property. Does it mean that you need a special realtor with an FHA account to electronically enter your bid?

September 4, 2008 at 12:21 PM #265858JCParticipantOk, here goes. This will probably just prove that I am looking at some seriously crappy properties or that I am not nearly as obsessive as I think I am.
1. 2008 Madison, 92116 (on the MLS now, but never saw it before the sale earlier this summer)
2. 4082 Vermont, 92103
3. 3370 Dale, 92104
4. 2511 Adams, 92116
5. 3405 Florida, 205, 92104 (to be fair this one was on MlS for a long time. then, it came off, went to REDC and then nothing for months and months and then sold. I placed repeated calls to REDC and they claimed to have no info and seemed to indicate that it had not been sold at auction).September 4, 2008 at 12:21 PM #266167JCParticipantOk, here goes.
