    I took this listing detail off the website from my link before I guess it stopped working.

    8034 Linda Vista Rd # 1L

    HUD Home sold AS-IS. Owner occupant bidding beg. 06/06-06/15/08 @ 23:59pm. Investor bidding beg. 06/16/08. Sold by electronic Bidding only. Brokers use NAID# to bid. Bids accepted daily. FHA Case #044-421158. Insured.

    Hmm. I’m not sure if that would account for all of the properties that I have seen? The amount listed on the HUD website is very small for San Diego. I’m sure that there is a rational explanation for what we are seeing. I just wish I knew what it was.
