I think it will make all the difference in the world. I think that the reason newspapers are dying is that people under 30 get most of their news from the internet. I think the ability of a few institutions controlling information is a thing of the past and we will look back in 30 years in awe just like my 95 y.o. grandma looks at air travel, cell phones and freeways with amazement. I think realtors and mortgage brokers will be as relevent as travel agents and newstands in ten years. But that is just me thinking, I could be wrong.
