I can wait til then 2012
Hopefully all the housing ATM money for HELOCs will have dried up by then and foreclosures skyrocket and one can get a decent home with 20% down and good credit.

By then my assets will be well into the 7 digits and I will easily be able to pay cash for an inflation adjusted correctly priced home. Now I can relax while I rent. The assumption appears reasonable and just as good as any other assumption.

December 31, 2007 at 8:35 AM #12672734f3f3fParticipantI’m not sure I’ll wait quite that long, but watching this thing unfold, it’s a bit like lava flow; some get’s snagged on the way down, while the rest flows freely to the bottom. I guess 2012 is when it’s all solidified.
