Participantthats funny as I spoke with sheldon yesterday. Im not refi’in yet as my last one a year ago still works at 4.6%. Im looking at low 4.1 or 4.0 if possible which would take more crashing at 0 cost loan.

ParticipantI am able to get a 4.375% rate with $1,500 rebate. The broker is reviewing my docs. Hopefully the refinancing process is not as bad as loan process during the home buying.
