Recommendations for chimney hood

I’m a cheap bastard too, but I made a mistake of buying this without reading. I bought the hood, only to find out it doesn’t have a motor. It would cost me to return due to restocking fee, so I decided to go all the way and get the motor too. I’m glad I did though :-).

If you wanted to, you can always go w/ the exterior motor, where it sits outside of your house, since you don’t have the attic space like I do.

BTW, it doesn’t matter where the motor is, moving 1100 CFM will cause some noise. I just prefer wind noise over motor noise :-).
