    I don’t know anything about this particular property but I suspect that some REO / SS listing agents exaggerate and “awfulize” minor foundation problems so that insiders can can buy the “distressed” properties for a song.

    Then again I love coming up with conspiracy theories.

    No conspiracy there. The property was in escrow and all the reports are from the prior buyer who cancelled. Now that they are known issues they have to be disclosed to any and all potential buyers.
