Thanks. Yeah kicking myself for locking in mid June. Haven’t closely monitored, but I believe the rates have come down since then. Your note about 3.75 caught my attention, and am curious about the APR/closing cost for this specific rate. The refi is scheduled to close in late August, and the closing cost is ~ $300. Trying to figure out if the number’s are attractive enough to reconsider my ongoing refi.
