Does anyone know if the Quarry Falls project in Mission Valley is still moving forward? If I remember correctly there was another poster here who said they were involved with the project.
It sounds like it would be a pretty nice development (especially if they address the traffic issues of Friars Road at the 163). However, in this market is it really feasible? I just read about the foreclosure of Cosmopolitan Square downtown, which was planned to be a 39 story condo tower but never made it past the “vacant lot” stage.
I know that Quarry Falls had something like a 15 year time line, but I’m curious as to whether the funding is available at this time to keep it on schedule.
