I think any time is a good time. You will have to work to generate some leads, but its not rocket science. As with anything, you get what you put into it and I would say the majority of the agents I come across do not give it 100%, but the ones that do well tend to put in a lot of hours. Be prepared to give up your weekends for your clients.
