I love your clarification that people are not home owners, only mortgage owners. Are you planning on paying cash for your next home?Here is another example of the "bitter renters" I mentioned in my last topic post.
Trolls Unite!Sigh… Because that's the truth. Most people, INCLUDING ME, who are mortgage holders don't really OWN the home until we PAY IT OFF, even if some of us CAN AFFORD to pay off the home if we wanted to.

I know the penalties are steep, and that's why I said it didn't make sense to me. Find me someone that consistently beat the penalties and over 3 years, and I'll give him/her money to work with. Makes no sense to me.
