I have been reading piggington for few years and have recently gotten serious about property ownership.

I was wondering if there was anybody who knew anything about this:

If I owned the property, I would have put a house on it by now, instead of dealing with obnoxious RE agents and arrogant sellers.

Clearly there is something awry with the property, as the owner has been unable to unload it for awhile. I was looking for streetwise intell on why, if I should even bother or if I should look at the vacant lots in RB.
