We live in RSF, and in talking to people in the area who are selling, it seems there is a lot of repricing going on, and it does seem to be moving upward.
Our home falls at the high level of the price ranges you have mentioned in your posts, and there is still a great deal of demand for these premium properties, but as SD Realtor mentioned–it seems to be cyclical–but you never know.
As long as you don’t have a particular property in mind, I wouldn’t worry about it. Someone will always be selling.
