[/quote]If an individual or company is in trouble due to debt, it would seem that more debt would make the problem worse. And in many situations this is true. However, like afx114 mentioned, debt used as capital for wise investments, can sometimes be the best or only solution.
Is our government using the new debt wisely? History will tell…
