I think the demographics of the buyers or the price of the house in question will change the percentage. High end, 25%, low end 10% and everything in between probably a sliding scale between the two.
In low end and rentals, price matters more than anything, but as you move up, things become more important for the type of buyers who don’t need to worry about price so much.
I hate bad science and b.s. lawsuits. I drink tap water, encourage silicon breast implants and diet coke is one of my four food groups, but I wouldn’t live too close to above ground high voltage power lines, that’s one of the few conspiracy theories I kinda buy into.
