    Just thought I would revive this thread…
    any comments on the part of Poway where this house is located:

    http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100022520-13320_Brian_Park_Ln_Poway_CA_92064

    It seems to be in an Ok part of Poway, probably nicer parts?
