    Can someone shed some light on what’s going on with this house in Poway?

    House on 3.5 acre lot for $470k-500k

    Seems like such a large lot (looks develope-able too) would fetch a much much higher price. Is there some sort of land use restriction or easement there that prevents developing or even simply fencing off the area?
