Yeah. I would love to pick up this place. Just don’t have enough liquid cash to do it and if there’s foundation problems, might be tricky getting a loan. Whoever picks it up is going to get a deal. I suspect it may sell higher. I think it’s a great place.

When I spoke w/her, she said she didn’t think there was a foundation problem, but there is a BIG tree in the front yard and she said there might be sewer/plumbing problems. She did say there were some other people who wanted to see the place. I’m sure at that price her phone has been ringing off the hook.
