“Don’t know the actual condition of the property, but 3655 Curtis seems like a great deal.”
Looks like it is priced at lot value. I’m guessing that this will sell to a cash buyer and become a tear-down.

December 28, 2010 at 2:14 PM #645312SD RealtorParticipantThe pictures on the MLS are not recent and from and old listing. The listing agent has not been in the home since last year as it is tenant occupied so she is not sure of the extent of the work that actually needs to be done. I asked her if there is foundation damage and she said she was not sure either. She said she has a list of 6 agents and 2 buyers who called her directly to see the home but she needs to get into the home first and then make arrangements with the tenants to set up showings. It is a short sale and the original mortgage was 927.5. The owner actually had almost a 300k downpayment so yep that one will hurt. It will be interesting to see what the short sale lender will allow the sales price to be.

She did say there were some other people who wanted to see the place. I’m sure at that price her phone has been ringing off the hook.
