LOL, flu, I had the Mac SE-30 (One pc. incl B/W monitor) which ran on “System 6.” I also have a Quadra 610 with a “super-drive” (which plays IBM-PC floppies as well), was network-ready and ran on System 7 (System 8 is a “stretch” dep on hdwre upgrades). I LOVED the Quadra in the 90’s but when I tried to get it up on “cable” internet as late as 2001, it took up to 45 mins. to download some pages. I still have this immaculate machine, which is built by Motorola as heavy-duty and top quality! Mine was spruced up with ultra-wide SCSI, a 2 gig SCSI HD, maxed out in RAM SIMMS and video RAM, and had a matching 2x SCSI external CD drive and (still mint) Apple (Sony Trinitron) monitor. With all its hardware and software, I probably had about $4500 in it, lol. All that stuff was the latest and the greatest back in the early nineties before the Power PC’s came out!
IMO, most PC’s are empty boxes of crap compared to a Mac.
I haven’t had a Mac since but my kids have Macbooks.
Also used to own Apple stock but (stupidly) sold it before its value went thru the roof.
