This rental is part of a condo conversion. My wife and I visited. Short walk to the bay. Ocean view from the thrird floor. They were selling for mid 600’s.
Listed on Craigslist for 1850 rent. My guess when we vistited was that it could rent for between 1800 and 2000 due to the location but they would have to find the right renter and their vacancy rates are going to be high. Might akes a couple of months to find a couple of renters with the scratch for this.
