From a victim’s perspective, zero tolerance means zero. Any trace of alcohol can impair the driver.

I’m not sure about drunk driving laws… But the speed limit for example is just the maximum. The speed limit varies according to weather, traffic, road conditions, etc..

Maybe it’s not bad luck but karma for him being such an ass to the immigrants kids.

But it’s definitely too risky to drive with even one drink on board.

I have heard liver problems like cirrhosis is not a risk unless the drinking is extremely excessive… for instance a 6 pack nightly for 20 years or so. You really cannot get any liver problems from 2-3 drinks a night.

Yes, I know karma doesn’t exist. Some cosmic return for past deeds seems physically impossible.

Luck as pure randomness, sure.
