Maybe I missed this question in the thread? Has anyone drank wine that they, or a non-expert friend made that was pretty good? How many tries did it take them? How much did they make?
Does anyone like blackberry wine? I just googled it and some review of a Mogen David was very complimentary. Curious, because I planted a bunch of blackberries. They have the potential to produce well the second year.

hahaa, my thinking exactly. If a person was told from the beginning that the $2/bottle taste was the best, then that $2-wine would be selling for $100 a bottle and vice versa now.[/quote]
