My main criticism of him is his lack of historical knowledge. In Bush’s case, however, there have been many people who have claimed him to be unintelligent, a claim that is factually untrue.

A person who scores a 25% on a pilot aptitude test does not automatically get labeled a moron. Many people would get a score of 10% on a molecular biology examination, but that does not mean they are unintelligent.
