ParticipantI’d say Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Vancouver. I’m too old to learn a new language, and England seems so…I don’t know, sweater-wearing. Ireland is too cold, and in Scotland they don’t speak English.
I know the question is “if not in the USA,” but I’d like to comment that even if I had a billion dollars, I’d still live in San Diego.
That’s another good question. If you had a billion dollars, where would you live?
