There is an iPhone application that gives your the nutrition value all the dishes at all major restaurants.
You can compare that way.
BTW, if you use an iPhone, jailbreak it so you can get apps for free. Don’t pay the fees.

hmmm, that’s not very nice.

Isn’t that what poor people do?
No, they load up on that 99cent cheeseburgers from McDonald’s, then hire a slimy lawyer and sue McDonalds because they are fat….Folks are fat also because of the “super-sizing” concept.

“XXXXXXXX, 15, has eaten at McDonald’s almost every day since the age of six. His Macaholic addiction has taken his weight to 400lbs, although he is only 5ft 6in tall. ‘I normally order the Big Mac, fries, icecream or shake – I like to Super Size my orders,’ he said. Gregory has developed diabetes. ”
That said. I wished I had eaten all the crap you are not suppose to eat when I could, like KFC/Popeye’s chicken. I have the biggest craving for good old greasy fried chicken right now… Unfortunately, I have strict dietary requirements moving forward, which pretty much eliminates anything deep fried. Oh well.

The problem is though that if you skip meals or fast irregularly, you end up messing with your metabolism, which could result in you gaining weight a lot faster when you resume eating.
I think the best thing probably to do is watch your intake in calories but more importantly get some exercise, then you can eat more of what you want.
(I need to take my own advice though).April 3, 2009 at 6:55 PM #376207CoronitaParticipant
one of the healthiest things to eat is nothing. i do some 5 day water only fasts and feel completely new. 0 calories. i think fasting is going to be big in 2010…
