just went on a 4 miles stroll with wife while wearing 45 lb weight vest and 2 5lb wristbands.
feels like low risk back injury. feel much stronger all over. it’s like going for a hike with a backpack, but less strain..

December 1, 2013 at 8:43 AM #768625scaredyclassicParticipantNo. Yoga.
Strength is a state of mind.
I recall being shamed trying to unscrew an outdoor wall sconce.
I failed.
a male guest did it easily.partly it was my attitude of weakness.
Partly I was weak.

i feel confident anyone could geta strong back if they decided that they were going to do it. they would need to flip a switch in their brain that said, i am going to get a strong back.
and they must.

some feel out of control. Like the westher or a season.

December 3, 2013 at 8:55 AM #768696FlyerInHiGuestSpent the last few days off remodeling my rental. Tiling and flooring installation is good workout for the back.
There is something to be said about manual labor vs a sedentary lifestyle.
December 4, 2013 at 8:26 PM #768756scaredyclassicParticipanti feel euphoric, simply from pullups and Kirkland brand bourbon. which is indicdentally really good. i was trying to persuade my son that kirkland bourbon is so incredibly depressingly suburban that it was actually hip, like, ironic or full circle or something? he assured me it did not work that way. i dont recall ever feeling this amazing in my entire life! i also bought a lot of dried seaweed and an otter case for my new phone. at costco. my dad didn’t buy seaweed or otter cases or off brand bourbon for that matter. how will consumer life be different for my boy? will he be purchasing kelp diapers and dried mealworm nuggets? who knows?! will he be buying food units with bitcoins/ i hope he has fun
