On further reflection I think it’s just too personal question like asking how much you’d pay for a pair of pants or dinner. What “comfortable” or acceptable means just varies too widely. Working is s good hedge against inflation. In fact this discussion is making ms think my law degree was an awesome inflation hedge. Cost me 51,000 and now it’d be 147,000. Not a bad return if I can keep my brain operational. Anyone remember the bad movie “remembering Henry” from the 80s it’s about a lawyer who gets brain damage it was one if the first screenplays to sell for over a million dollars. Bombed.

Does anyone know if there are 3 houses in Temecula that will cash flow?

January 4, 2011 at 9:31 AM #647737sdrealtorParticipantI think there are probably hundreds. I just put a cute 3/2 1300 sq ft 1 story in nice area in very good condition with a pool into escrow yesterday. The price is just below $200K. How can that not cash flow?
