A break from politics and housing. I was around 10 when this was released. This, I think, was the first anti-drug song, “Kicks.” There’s a raging debate to this day about whether the blonde go-go dancer in the foreground was Goldie. I think that’s true. I got off my butt and danced to this, but I did not have the energy to do the pony. Sucks to be “old”!
