Absolutely agree 1 tub needed, particularly if there are children.
But if there is a tub in the house, then a tub in the MB is a waste. Women use it more than men, but as another said, the use of it, still fairly rare.
although for those with wives/GFs that soak, it may be a routine thing.
Hmm, beginning to wonder if I should have separated longer/never from don’t know.

If you already have a tub in the house, then put in a large shower (tiled, not a “prefab stall”), with a large shelf 18″ above the bottom to dry off. Or you can order a 6′ china tub (NOT fiberglas) and tile an approx 18″ high and 12″ deep “shelf” for this same purpose, to be installed along its end (without the fixtures).
Jacuzzi tubs are a waste of money and hardly ever get used. It’s loads more fun and relaxing to have a redwood hot tub outside if you don’t have an in-ground one :=]
