My tightened core during squatting can cause some loud farting on the way down squatting.
Have been a 38r my whole life.
Hard to move in these suits. Going to get a couple 40r to serve till I move up to 42r.
I think progress would have been easier 30 years ago but as Charlie Parker says, nows the time.
This stuff with a few other things keeps my PF in Check:
http://www.pponline.co.uk/encyc/sports-injuries-how-runners-can-prevent-and-treat-plantar-fasciitis-685 I do the golf ball roll twice a day since I started running a few months ago. With the therapy activities, I have had only had to ice and take a few days off once. Stretch the calf muscles and foot before getting out of bed each day. This is manageable. I have ran 5 miles of hills twice in the last three days and though I need a break, it’s not because of my feet!
I figure nothing really gets cooking with exercise until around 3 months of consistent smart and hard work. That’s just base building. Law of diminishing returns starts to kick in 6-9 months. So you can do a lot better.
The farting is O.K., Scaredy. Around here we have a saying; “You can judge a good worker by how much gas he passes”. Keep up the good work.
