I have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about. I never say ANYTHING on this forum that can be construed as legal advice and/or legal opinion and I’m not starting now. Marion, it appears you just disclosed confidential attorney-client privileged information on the internet. You are the holder of that privilege, from what I’ve learned by watching movies. If you disclose that information, movies tend to show that you have waived the privilege for that particular communication. Even if you ask the guy running the website for a “do over” and request that he “delete” the “incriminating” parts of your post. You should probably talk to your lawyer about this pesky legal stuff. Or not.
