I find it ironic that NBC is being bashed for being partisan when they’re nothing more than a wannabe Fox – albeit, on the opposite side. Fox is as much in the tank for McCain as NBC is in the tank for Obama. The difference is that NBC caves under pressure while Fox seems to thrive in it.
I’m curious how John & Veritas feel about Fox’s bias and whether or not they should be canning anchors as well.
I have not watched Fox News but maybe once or twice since the last election but from prior experience I consider that Fox News does their best to present both sides of the story. Much much better than nbc, cbs, abc, cnn,

September 8, 2008 at 2:48 PM #267846PortlockParticipantI think it is painfully obvious which news station is pimping McCain, or any pro-republican ‘talking point’ for that matter…
I agree with you John, it’s when the biased stations claim that they are not biased that irks me.
So the pro-Blue or pro-Red media duke will it out with each other, for all the general public to view, 24 hours a day.
This reporting serves to divide our proud country, it whips us into angry, hateful and sometimes violent frenzies against those fellow Americans who don’t share our view. Political discourse is DEAD and our nation is bitterly, bitterly divided – caught in a vortex of spite and malice.
Even the political blogs on this site, even this thread are evidence to this fact.
So our congress will forever stagnate, but hey, at least we’re getting really good at tearing into each other and drawing blood…eh?

And O’Riley came from a tabloid TV show… so what’s your point?
And how is McCain being afraid to be interviewed by Larry King “standing up” to them? If he had any balls he would have gone on the show and made his case.
If Obama can hold his own with O’Riley and Rick Warren, McCain should be able to handle Larry “Softball” King. What is McCain afraid of?
