GuestI just have a credit watch program from one of the three. It also makes it so that my file can be checked when I’m say, buying a car or applying for an apartment, but I don’t receive all of the credit card offers in the mail anymore.

ParticipantI have to admit that the lifelock commercials are pretty darn convincing. Great marketing person for whoever put that together.
I am really considering using them. Would love to hear if anyone has used them.

read about their services. they’re mostly free services you can do yourself. the “walletlock” thing and the million dollar guarantee are what your paying $10/month for. it’s cheaper than the bank’s credit alert service, but not necessarily worth it. i’ll do it for $10/year.
edit: sans guarantee and walletlock deal…
edit 2: nope, wait… i forgot, in order to get a fraud alert (free) you need a police report. otherwise, it does cost…
nevermind 10/year.
