I don’t know the SD market very well since I left a while ago, but several contacts I have in the area seem to indicate that folks are in general leaving? My old landlord reached out to me because he just lost his tenant that replaced me, and a friend of mine also just lost his tenant. I don’t know anyone who’s moved to SD in the last couple years, but I know about a dozen that have left. Perhaps there just aren’t as many folks looking as there were?
