    I have “Complete Land Designer 5.0” by Sierra Home and it is very cool but there is, I’m sure, a much newer version out now. It is available at Office Depot.

    I just checked and it appears the last version of CLD actually came out in 2000, lol. Not sure if it is compatible with today’s operating systems.

    Do you need 3D rendering capability, including slopes etc or just a high level 2-D planning tool?
