Just warms my heart to think politicians forced the administration into an all-insurance company based solution since a government-sponsored health plan would have been soooo much worse. Snort.

ParticipantHCR was never about controlling costs or controlling premiums.
It was all about increasing coverage to people who could not pay for it by taking money from people who had it.
