I’m a liberal, and I’m hoping she announces her intentions to run for president. (She won’t any time soon. Too many $25,000 a pop speaking engagements first, which would end with her announcing.) Democrats and liberals aren’t afraid of Sarah Palin. Most consider her a joke. The best thing that could happen for the Dems is for her to win a republican nomination, with her solid 20% support.
I don’t think that’s going to happen. I think another shoe will drop shortly.
I”m a liberal hippie and I hope she runs for President. She would be in a major catfight with the Huckabee faction. It leaves Romney with the mormons and no doubt Giuliani will run as the mayor of 9/11.
I’m not sure why Palin chose to resign.
if she ran for Governor she’d probably win. If she ran for senator she’d have a shot at Displacing Murkowski and winning a National platform.
If she quits, because of a scandal she’ll have nothing.
Now if she rode out a scandal maybe she could survive like Sanford is trying to do.
All i can think is she wants to get on the speaking tour on the life of Trig’s mom and right to life.
Wow….

This just shows how terrified of her they are. If it is such political suicide, then why are they not cheering. They are shaking in their boots! It gives her time to write a book and run all over getting more visibility. She just stole BO’s thunder the day before the our most patriotic holiday. They wanted her on ice in Alaska and it did not happen. She left on a high note and still has more experience than the current dear leader, who left his Senate seat…..
Only dead fish go with the flow.
I’m saving this one for 2012, hahaha.

Now if she rode out a scandal maybe she could survive like Sanford is trying to do.
I feel sorry for Mark Sanford. Sounds like he really loved Maria. Now he’ll have neither power nor love.
Republicans painted themselves into a corner they can’t escape. They have to at least keep the facade of virtuousness.
