seriously, that market is completely overbuilt, all of the unfinished buildings are all future inventory. the market there will stay depressed for quite some time.
not a good way to part with your money.

But if you enjoy the lifestyle down in Mexico and you will use the condo a lot, then why not think of it as consumption and enjoy it?
Better than buying a new car every few years, IMHO.
