GuestAs I recall, a lot of Real Estate agents in CdA would mention that the winters are not too bad. Just a little snow. They would never mention there is hardly any sunshine from October to May! I remember during summer of 2005 and lots of Californians visiting and asking locals what they thought of the winter, and they would get the truth. The Californians would be surprised to hear the truth. Buyer beware!!!

ParticipantI have been here since 2003 so I know the winters. The sun does shine in the winter, just not like Socal. Its owned by Mountain West Bank. I work within walking distance. Lots of offers in the low 5’s and 4’s but unable to close. I have no contingencies. Just wondering if it can go lower than $65 per sf…doubt it.
