    Oh, that’s easy, Dr. MM/FSD. A quick glance shows whether there are typos, run-ons, and proper paragraphs, which hint at not much self-editing –> difficult to follow –> disregard.

    That, at least, is my heuristic.

    Oh, that’s easy, Dr. MM/FSD. A quick glance shows whether there are typos, run-ons, and proper paragraphs, which hint at not much self-editing –> difficult to follow –> disregard.

    One of my other heuristics is that certain posters — such as you, sdr- — I read without fail.
