ParticipantI guess if you give your assets to other people, they are no longer yours.
That can work, its what OJ did. If you have friends, family you trust *implicitly* you just give all your assets to them.
Of course, they could walk away and screw you, so its a risk.
Anyways, I’m on your side. Screw freeloaders (especially female ones); you worked for it, you should get to keep it.

ParticipantHey Neeta…
I can start a church, file for a 501C3 status and you can make large donations to my ministry. I will build a huge 30 million dollar complex in Point Loma that we meet in a few hours a week and will engrave your name on a plaque as a PLATINUM PARTNER…..
What do you think?
Sincerely, Contraman

ParticipantFor the record, OJ did not give his money to friends. He started a C Corp a long time ago and set up a SELF DIRECTED 401 K PLAN for himself with a seperate EIN number. These PLANS and their respective assets are safe from judgments.
You can also take out loans against them when needed.
I did this flipping props over the past few years with no tax consequences, all the proceeds at close are wired to the 401K account.
1031 Exchanges are a joke compared to this strategy……as it (401K) also shelters your asset….
Sincerely, Contraman
