Well there is continued evidence of my thesis all over CNN, MSNBC, Fox
The continuation of the Obama is “unelectable” meme. They all are saying it is going to come down to the superdelegates and they will want an “electable” candidate Just close enough to give you the illusion of choice.
Marion you don’t have to answer my question. I all ready know they answer. You fear mr. wright will affect his “electability”, which happens to be the current implanted meme of the media.
How about the McCain gaffe that we are in the mideast for oil? I bet his handelers let him here is for that freudean slip. Oil, er, ah democracy. haha its funny in very very sad way.
Another focal point folks, the gas tax holiday. Hillary and McCain are for it and Obama against. Lowering gas prices would increase consumption with no loss to oil companies and opec and exacerbate the oil depletion problem. This would also take way maintanence from our roads. Who has your best interest and heart? Further evidence that Obama is for the people and McCain and Hillary are for big business. Obviously not one of the chosen ones.
Best wishes for noticing the contrived media implanted memes!

May 3, 2008 at 8:56 AM #198504BoratParticipantThe Clintons are no stranger to Rev. Wright.
Also, where is the outrage over acocalypse-monger Rev. Hagee endorsing McCain?
And where was the outrage about President Bush’s buddies Robertson and Falwell when they blamed 9/11 on gays, pagans, and the ACLU?
These guys (and ladies) are all pandering politicians and this nonsense about what their favorite preachers are saying is MEANT TO DISTRACT YOU. YOUR COUNTRY IS BEING GUTTED BEFORE YOUR EYES. Stop fighting with each other over these ninnying junior-high non-issues and keep your eye on the ball. Write the newspapers and TV stations and let them know you’re sick of gossip being passed off as political insight. Better yet, stop reading the newspaper and turn off your TV. Avoid websites that focus on this sort of thing and figure out for yourself what’s really happening. The powers that be desperately want this election to become another 2004 (He didn’t deserve that purple heart! He was AWOL! No he wasn’t!) or another 2000 (He’s a fibber! He used to do cocaine! No he didn’t! He was in the army! No he wasn’t, he was just a journalist! He was AWOL! No he wasn’t!) All the while we slide closer and closer to third-world status…
We are so f***ed. God help us all.

May 3, 2008 at 10:39 AM #198530pencilneckParticipantThere has been a lot of talk about how the Democratic runoff is hurting the Democratic candidates, but I have a different take on that. What they are doing, deliberately or not, is airing all of their dirty laundry before confronting McCain. In doing so, they may be able to avoid another 11th hour Swiftboat like attack.
The Rev. Wright issue, for example, while far from over may be largely forgotten by the time the actual election rolls around. Obama’s Rev. Wright connection would probably have destroyed his chances for election if it were revealed a few months from now, but he still probably has time to recover. If he’s still in the race.
Speaking of conspiracies and “Who benefited from the housing bubble going on for so long?” isn’t it amusing that Greenspan is an advisor to a hedgefund that is cashing in on the credit market collapse? After years of telling the American people how exotic lending made our economy stronger, he is now reaping profit from the system’s failure. God bless him and our country.
