Instead of asking the posts here about statistics as to how many 1M plus homes there are on the market, or sold, or expired etc, why not ask your realtor to provide that information and then you can discuss your thoughts with him/her?
If you doubt the data is accurate then others here or myself will gladly corroborate it.
