I stick by my original position. We have far more street cops than we need for daily use. Now, as in the case of the Rodney King riots, we do need a reserve force that we can mobilize. I think they call that the National Guard.

Sometimes I think the full stop tickets are stupid, but when I lived in PB I used to get pretty pissed off on how much people would just blow through stop signs by tapping their brakes.. [/quote]
Those are the ones who never get caught.
