As far as newspapers go you can check the Daily Transcript. Public recording is a requirement for notice of default and notice of trustee sale. It has nothing to do with the government at any level, state, federal or county.

Does anyone use forclosureradar.com or a similar site to help them find properties? I’m curious if it is worth it for an average person to use the service in an attempt to buy a home.
