Muggle and FSD–for complicated reasons, I need to go to B of A twice a month in person. There was a new teller today who didn’t even say “hello” (reminds me of an old Seinfeld episode). He was borderline surly. In the branch I go to, it’s mostly old upper-middle-class people who aren’t computer literate. Seems to me going into a teller job to get into higher management is a horrible idea. They will be dinosaurs, like most travel agents.
